       BELLE VUE, A Hawaii Island Bed & Breakfast, a unique and exclusive location overlooking picturesque Kamuela town, has an expansive view of the volcanoes Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and a breathtaking view of the Kohala Coast and the Pacific Ocean.

The penthouse has a living room, covered lanai, cozy fireplace, full kitchen, full private bath, a bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa bed, a private telephone, television and large sun deck.

We offer private, spacious suites, beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained, with living rooms, fireplace, kitchen, bath, TV, telephone and private covered lanai.

The suite consists of a complete studio apartment with full kitchen, full private bath, living room, bedroom with a Queen size bed, Queen size sofa bed, fireplace, private telephone, television and covered patio and garden.

Offering Hawaiian hospitality with European charm, bordering Parker Ranch, quiet, serene, yet within walking distance of Kamuela fine restaurants and shopping.

• At Belle Vue, you are just 15 minutes from the Big Island's most famous beaches.
• You are only minutes away from Kawaihae Harbor, which offers fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling charters.
• You can choose from seven golf courses within 20 minutes drive.
• Horseback riding, hiking, bicycling are available in Waipio Valley, Kohala and Waimea or tour the observatory at the top of Mauna Kea.
• Your stay includes breakfast, fruit basket and complimentary tropical flowers.
        

  Rates: $85 to $175 double occupancy + state tax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Travelers' checks or personal checks. Additional person $25.00. We offer weekly and monthly rates.

  Advance reservations are recommended (phone-fax-email).  For a short stay, in order to ensure your reservation, a deposit equal to one night's stay (plus tax) is required. Your deposit will only be refunded if your cancellation is received prior to 72 hours before the first night of your stay, less a $25 cancellation fee. For an extended stay, a deposit of 50% is due at time of reservation, with a 4 week cancellation policy.
